Chef Bios
Joel Saxon, Executive Chef
Insperience® Studio’s Executive Chef is an Atlanta native and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to working at the Insperience® Studio, Joel served as Country Club Executive Chef for the Cherokee Town and Country Club, a private, member-owned club located here in Atlanta. During his ten-year tenure with Cherokee, Joel had the opportunity to train under two outstanding chefs, Certified master Chef Mark Erickson and Chef Paul Sartory. Joel is also co-owner of “Hewett & Saxon, Culinary Professionals”. Joel has also volunteered his time to Pro-Start, giving culinary demonstrations at local high schools, and Haven House Hospice; an organization dedicated to caring for terminally ill patients and their families.
